RegOnline provides online registration services for the Plain English Foundation. When you register as a public workshop participant, RegOnline will securely store your personal information.

RegOnline will collect personal information from you, such as your name and email and gives you a login for you to review and manage your public workshop bookings and purchases. You can only review your public workshop booking details with a login. 

We will reasonably ensure that RegOnline meets personal information confidentiality and privacy obligations. Please see the RegOnline privacy policy for more about its privacy practices.

Cookies
A cookie is a small file that a website sends to your computer. It records information, as in your preferences or settings, so that you do not have to re-enter personal information each time you visit our website. It does not collect personal information for any other reason. If you don't want to accept cookies, please set your browser and/or firewall to block them. We will store your email address only for these reasons and we will not share it with a third party for any other purpose.

We will  store your email on a secure database if you:

  • email us a query
  • place a booking through our website email adresses
  • subscribe to an email list we offer.

We will not send you unsolicited emails (spam).
